Shipping & Returns

Your order will be sent as soon as possible depending on the availability of the desired products. Orders usually leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days as long as all products are in stock. Choosing the express shipping option does not make your order get processed any faster, it just makes the shipping option faster. During busy times of year such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, expect longer delays. Priority shipping takes an average of 1-3 business days by USPS but can be delayed due to weather or peak season.

If an order is returned to Try My Nuts due to USPS not being able to deliver, we will refund the order minus any and all shipping fees that have occurred.

*NOTE: When a gift basket is ordered and a certain product is out of stock that is to go in the basket, then a replacement product with at least the same value will be included in the basket. We will make it as close as possible to what the original product was to be. For example, if one of the products in the basket was to be 12 oz. Gourmet Nuts and we were out of stock, then we may replace it with 12 oz. Butta Toasted Peanuts instead.


Chocolate will not be replaced and there will be no refunds given due to melting. If you are ordering any chocolate items, be sure the weather is cool enough in your area. We will not ship from our area if the temperature is too warm. We will ship the next business day weather permitting. Chocolate items will not be available to order online during the warmer months but will be available in our stores.
