Question: What do I do if I have a problem with something I purchased?
 
Answer: If you have a question about an item you purchased from one of our stores, then you will need to call that store to discuss. If you have a question about an item you ordered from the website, then you will need to email nutman@trymynuts.com or call 540-479-6658 and we will get back to you ASAP!
 
 
Question: I don't feel comfortable ordering online. Do you have another way to order besides sending my credit card information over the Internet?

How long does it take for my order to ship once I place my order?
 
Answer: Your order will be sent as soon as possible depending on the availability of the desired products. Orders usually leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days as long as all products are in stock. Choosing the express shipping option does not make your order get processed any faster, it just makes the shipping option faster. During busy times of year such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, expect longer delays. Priority shipping takes an average of 1-3 business days by USPS but can be delayed due to weather or peak season.
