Shipping & Returns

Your order will be sent a.s.a.p. depending on the availability of the desired products. Orders usually leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days as long as all products are in stock. Choosing express shipping options such as 3 day, 2 day or over night shipping does not make your order get processed any faster, it just makes the shipping option faster. If you live on the east coast, ground shipping takes 1-3 business days by UPS. If you live in the midwest, ground shipping takes 3-5 business days by UPS. If you live on the west coast, ground shipping takes 5-6 business days by UPS.

*NOTE: If when a gift basket is ordered and a certain product is out of stock that is to go in the basket, then a replacement product with at least the same value will be included in the basket. We will make it as close as possible to what the original product was to be. For example, if one of the products in the basket was to be 12 oz. Gourmet Nuts and we were out of stock, then we may replace it with 12 oz. Butta Toasted Peanuts instead.

Return Policy

Food or items being returned that have been 10 days or longer from the received date MUST have prior approval before a refund will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded and there may be a restocking fee of 10%. Customers need to e-mail the nutman@trymynuts.com for return approval or any problem you may have had with a website order. Please do not call any of the store locations for return approval. They do not have this information or deal with website orders.

You may return any of the following items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment:

  • Any unopened cans, boxes or other packaging containing food from all our categories. * Chocolate products will not be replaced due to melting. Please make sure if you order product that contains chocolate in the warmer time of year, that you have it shipped overnight and you have it shipped to a location that someone can bring the package inside where it is cool. Order at your own risk in warmer months.
  • Any apparel in it´s original condition (unworn, unwashed, stainless)
  • Any other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories
  • Any item if the return is a result of our error (i.e. wrong shirt size)

Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items you purchased from our online store.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Please put the items you´re returning back into the box and make sure they won´t get damaged while being shipped back to us. Don´t forget to include the packing slip and a short description of the problem in case you want an exchange (i.e. other shirt size).

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
