Shipping Delays
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

During warm months, you will see a heat resistant packaging option for $6.99. This includes a cool barrier insulated liner as well as an ice pack. While we do not guarantee chocolate from melting, this option works well along with priority shipping. Only one needed per order, not per each chocolate item in your order. Please keep in mind that even though it may be cool where you are located, your order may travel through an area that is warmer causing the product integrity to be affected.
